The bubble level app you can calibrate on any table
Loodis turns your Android phone into a spirit level, angle meter and plumb line. Lay it flat, stand it on its edge or hold it against the wall – Loodis knows which way it is used and shows the right level.

Everything a level should do – and a bit more

Loodis cancels the tilt of the table by turning the phone around on the same spot. Any table will do.Calibrate your phone level on any table →How many millimetres to raise

A true level line over the camera picture – check walls, posts and stairs from a distance and save photos with the line.Camera level: a true line over the picture →Accurate because it is calibrated – on any table
Every phone sensor is a little off, and a case or camera bump tilts the phone further. Most level apps ask you to calibrate on a surface that is already level – which is exactly what you don't have.
Loodis measures the phone screen down, turns it around on the same spot and measures again. The tilt of the table cancels out, the error of the phone stays – and is removed. Spoken instructions guide you through four short steps.

Green when it is level
Loodis shows the reading as a large number and says what to do: raise the left edge, raise the top edge. When it is level, the phone vibrates – and with Pro the whole screen turns green, so you can see it from across the room or from outside a camper.
The sound guide (Pro) beeps faster on one side and slower on the other, like a laser level receiver, so you can adjust without looking at the screen.
Hold the reading – see it in millimetres
Lay the phone on the shelf, worktop or pipe and press Hold. The held reading shows the tilt in every unit and how many millimetres the real object is off level – for example 9/16 in / 4 ft. With Pro you set the length of the object right in the held view.
Take a screenshot and send it to a builder, landlord or customer – the Loodis name and the time are on it, so everyone knows what was measured.

Is Loodis free?
Yes. The bubble level, edge level, plumb line, hold and calibration are free, with no ads and no account. Loodis Pro is an optional one-time purchase, and every Pro feature can be tried three times for free.
How accurate is a phone level?
Loodis shows the tilt to 0.1°. How close it gets depends on the sensor of your phone; calibration removes its fixed error. For furniture, shelves, appliances and pictures it is more than enough. Read more about accuracy.
Do I need a level surface to calibrate?
No. Loodis turns the phone around on the same spot during calibration, so the tilt of the table cancels out. Any stable table works.
Does Loodis work on tablets and in other languages?
Yes. Loodis works on Android phones and tablets and speaks 18 languages, including English, German, Spanish, French, Portuguese, Italian, Polish, Japanese and Korean.
